Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty: FunTwist Technology Inc. (FunTwist) warrants
the original end user that new FunTwist branded products will be free
from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for one
(1) year. Replaced or repaired unit will be covered for the remaining
period of the original warranty period.

Exclusions: This warranty excludes:
- Physical damage to the surface of the product, including
cracks or scratches on the display or outside casing;
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation
or testing, unauthorized attempts to open, repair, or modify the
product, or any other cause beyond the range of the intended use;
- Damage caused by accident, fire, power changes, other hazards,
or acts of God;
- Use of the product with any non-FunTwist device or non-FunTwist
authorized device if such device causes the problem

Limitation of Liability: FunTwist's entire liability shall be
limited to replacement, repair or refund of the purchase price paid,
at FunTwist's option. Neither FunTwist nor its suppliers shall be
liable for any damages of any kind, loss of information or data,
or other financial loss arising out of the use of this product.

Accessories: Warranty on any third party products, including
software included with FunTwist products, are from the supplier
or licensor of the product, for a period of ninety (90) days from
the date of original purchase.
